COEXISTÊNCIAS E DIÁLOGOS ENTRE O BREQUE DOS APPS E A MOBILIZAÇÃO DAS DIARISTAS NO SERIADO “A DIARISTA”
Abstract
The present work sought to problematize Law through Art, seeking to relate the episode “The one of the revolution”, from the humorous series TV “The Cleaning Lady”, to the event dubbed “breque dos apps”, which occurred in Brazil in July 2020, in which thousands of app workers — who traversed the most diverse municipalities to bring essential items, due to the social distancing imposed as a measure to combat the COVID-19 pandemic —, paralyzed the delivery services in demand for better working conditions. To achieve this purpose, an applied research of an exploratory nature and qualitative approach was carried out, based on a systematic review of the literature, which sought, in the search for a better understanding of human nature and social conflicts, to establish a fruitful dialogue between Law and Art. The development of this work enabled the verification that, despite the existence of the time lapse separating the two groups of workers analyzed in the study, they have more similarities than differences, and that fiction is not something so distant from factual reality, being the intersection/perspective Law and Art a very fertile field in the process of study and transdisciplinary approach to social and legal themes.
